oh yea! tried e new launch of
BODY PUMP 6o today! wow! u call tt shiok ? haas. e arms can die from e repeated
slow... FAST! slow... FAST! after e continuous bicep curls, it was followed immediately by tricep dips! then push ups! OUCH! was screaming for help! haas. but i jus love abdominals workouts. all e way for my 6 packs! =p felt so great after 3 consecutive classes! First,
PILATES. Then,

after i changed out of e workout attire, and was ready to leave, SHUQI, yea tt's my fren. she is workin as e receptionist at california. we attended some classes together as well. meanwhile, she is waiting for her results for a levels. she commented tt im

i realised i did not bring money out with me today! had only 6 bucks! haas. YES! one feels lost without cash near. x) e block opp. my hse had
FLEA MARKET. somehow, the things they sell,
cannot make it? its like seriously old laa. or mayb cos i jus walked past. hmm, anyways, i told mummy abt keli sayin tt her friends were selling old clothes online. then she asked if we could sell our crystals too.

yes! i think most probably it wld be possible. ehh. e crystals are damn nice. but because of some feng shui thing, e
shifu said we cant have those ard. and because of those few words of his, e countless crystal ornanments have been wrapped up and locked in e storeroom for like 3 yrs! so wasted..
it has been raining non-stop today. hopefully it doesnt rain in hongkong.ah yi lend me her winter clothing. i dont know, but it seemed abit too OVER. haas! i brought my jacket also laa. jus in case i look abit out there. LOL. i am so lookin forward to next week! once back from hongkong on friday, we'll be havin christmas party on saturday!
